Terms of Service
Last updated July 2, 2026
Artifyde gives every artifact your agent builds a home — a
stable link to the rendered HTML that anyone can open, share, and mark up. These
terms are the agreement between you and the individual who operates Artifyde
("Artifyde", "we", "us") for using the service at artifyde.com, the
artifyde CLI, and everything we host for you. Artifyde is an independent
project run by an individual — it is not an incorporated company.
1 · Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, publishing an artifact, or otherwise using Artifyde, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Artifyde on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, don't use the service.
2 · Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. CLI tokens issued to your account act as you until revoked. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact email current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13) to use Artifyde.
3 · Your content and ownership
You own what you publish. Artifyde claims no ownership of the HTML, assets, or other material you push to it ("your content"). To run the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display your content — but only as needed to host it, serve it to the people you share it with, generate previews and version history, and operate and improve the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained transiently in backups or where a version is still referenced by content-address dedupe.
You are responsible for your content. By publishing it you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not violate these terms or the law. Remember how sharing works: a page you mark public is reachable by anyone with the link and may be indexed; a private page is limited to you and the people you invite. Choose the visibility that matches how sensitive the content is.
4 · Acceptable use
Artifyde renders untrusted agent HTML inside a locked, sandboxed frame, but the containment protects viewers — it does not make the service a place for anything. You agree not to publish, host, or use Artifyde to distribute content that:
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- is unlawful, defamatory, or that harasses, threatens, or doxxes a person;
- is sexual content involving minors, or promotes violence or self-harm;
- is malware, phishing, a scam, or is engineered to deceive or defraud viewers;
- attempts to break the sandbox, exfiltrate data, or otherwise attack the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
You also agree not to abuse the platform operationally: no attempts to bypass rate limits or usage allowances, resell the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to store or serve material unrelated to publishing artifacts.
5 · Content policy & takedowns
We host what users publish, but hosting is not endorsement, and we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content, or to suspend an account, when we reasonably believe it violates these terms or the law — with or without notice.
Reporting a problem
If you believe content on Artifyde is unlawful, infringes your rights, or violates the acceptable-use rules above, email contact@artifyde.com with a link to the page and a description of the problem. We review reports and act on the ones that check out.
Copyright — DMCA-style notice & takedown
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under a DMCA-style takedown process. To submit a notice, email contact@artifyde.com with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- the URL of the material you want removed, specific enough for us to locate it;
- your name, address, and email so we can reach you;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law, or an agent; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice and, where appropriate, notify the person who published it, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
6 · Service availability and changes
We work to keep Artifyde available and durable, but we provide it on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may set or adjust usage allowances. Pricing tiers shown on the site preview how Artifyde will be billed; paid billing is not live yet.
7 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Artifyde is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be preserved. Content published by other users is their responsibility, not ours; you view it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifyde will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8 · Termination
You can stop using Artifyde and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, the license you granted us ends as described above, and the sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.
9 · Governing law and changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give notice. Continuing to use Artifyde after a change means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Artifyde's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
