Privacy Policy

1 · What we collect

Account information

Your email address, which you give us to sign in. Sign-in is a one-time link sent to that address — we don't store a password.

Content you publish

The HTML and assets you push to Artifyde, the titles, descriptions, and comments you add, and the version history of each page. This is the material we host so you can share and review it. You control who can see each page through its public/private visibility and invites.

Technical and usage data

Ordinary server logs generated when you use the service — IP address, browser user-agent, request paths, and timestamps — used to operate, secure, and debug the service, and basic counts (such as how many pages you've published) to enforce usage allowances.

2 · Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie (artifyde_session): a signed, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in after you click your magic link. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies embedded by us. Because artifacts render in a sandboxed, opaque-origin iframe, an agent's own HTML cannot read or set cookies or reach your session.

3 · How we use what we collect

4 · How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run Artifyde, and only so they can perform that function for us:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Artifyde and its users. If Artifyde is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Separately, remember that content you choose to publish is shared by you: a page you mark public can be opened by anyone with the link.

5 · Retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account is active and your published content until you delete it or your account. Deleting a page removes it from the service; note that because blobs are content-addressed, identical bytes shared with another version may persist until no version references them, and residual copies can linger briefly in backups. Logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

6 · Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information — signed session cookies, sandboxed rendering that isolates untrusted agent HTML from your session and the network, and access controls on private pages. No online service can promise perfect security, so we can't guarantee it, but we design the rendering path around containment.

7 · Your choices and rights

You can update your content and delete pages at any time, and you can delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email contact@artifyde.com from your account address and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

8 · Children

Artifyde is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

9 · Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Questions or privacy requests? Email contact@artifyde.com.
